I want to look at the file for genealogy purposes.  In Philadelphia, divorce files are sealed.  I filed a petition with Philadelphia Family Court.  What do I do if it is denied?

You should wait and see if the court grants it, the court just might. If the court does not, come back to demurrer. Good luck! You are doing interesting work by the way.
